Acqua Alta a Venezia

The melancholy of acqua alta in Venice is an emotional state the reflects in the silence of an urban landscape of memories and watermarks. Is the intimate side of Venice that only those who live between those humid walls can see. This weeping in venetian green tears is about the visceral realization of the city’s fragility and silent resilience.
